MOTIVATE ALL TO ACHIEVE

MOTIVATION
Motivation is an internal state that propels individuals to engage in goal-directed behavior

EXAMPLE:
If you tell your kids, your spouse or your employees that they are too stupid to do a certain thing, not talented enough, that they’re doing it all wrong, then you have killed all their aspirations right there in the beginning—if they are unfortunate enough to believe you.

On the other hand, if you use encouragement, make it seem easy, tell them that nobody is born a master at his craft and that with patience and consistency they can hone their skill, then the outcome will look quite different.

DEMOTIVATION
Demotivation is a feeling of losing interest and enthusiasm for something, such as work, and can cause a desire to give up

So with these examples and description

"Do Motivate people rather than Demotivating"
